Jhanak is a Star Plus series that has drawn in viewers thanks to its complex plot.
The episode started out with Jhanak being forced by circumstances to marry Aniruddh. It then went on to depict how Aniruddh was unable to reveal their marriage, therefore Jhanak was forced to work as a maid in the Bose household. With time, Aniruddh developed feelings for Jhanak.
But events forced him to think more about Jhanak, her life, and her profession. In contrast, his union with Arshi was prearranged. Arshi was determined to win him over and even felt jealous of Jhanak since Aniruddh, but she was on the edge of being melancholic. She repeatedly attempted to break up with Aniruddh and altered his choices to the point where Arshi was unsure of his desire to stay in the relationship or end it.
Jhanak is also troubled by his indecisiveness.
Conversely, Aditya Kapoor, although having a highly linear way of thinking, is incredibly loving and supportive of Jhanak.
This raises the question, “Given everything Jhanak has gone through because of Aniruddh, should the audience stand with her and support her in choosing Aditya Kapoor—who is in love with her—instead of Aniruddh, who has caused her immense suffering?”
According to the findings of a survey that Bollyfunmaza ran on the subject, 46% of viewers want Jhanak to be with Aditya Kapoor and 54% want Jhanak to be with Aniruddh!
