I’m not making any moral judgments about him, and neither am I. Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si by Karanveer Mehra

Karanveer Mehra is widely regarded as one of the best TV actors working today.

He plays Vaibhav Joshi on Star Plus’s Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si, and viewers can’t get enough of his acting prowess. The show’s main characters are portrayed by Mohit Malik and Sayli Salunkhe.

Karanveer talked to us privately about working with Sayli Salunkhe and Mohit Malik on and his character in this film.

The set of DKP and Baatein Kuch Ankahee Si, Karanveer stated, “is the same set I used for my previous program. My professional experience has been wonderful, and it has helped build me into a well-rounded individual. The performers are looked after by the unit, and the storyline makes sense. I’m having a great time behind the camera.

Karanveer, when asked about his relationships with his co-stars, said, “Sayli is a sweet and hardworking co-actor and she is very focused on her craft.” I first met Mohit when we were both cast in the Star One show Pari Hoon Main. My protagonist is seasoned just right, and readers will find themselves immersed in the plot. This is the first time I am playing an out and out negative character where he does not care about his parents and just things about himself. I am not evaluating my character since he wants to live life on his terms.”

He continued, “I have always played characters which have been negative because of a particular reason or situation that has made the character the way he or she is.”

When asked what he would alter if given the opportunity, Karanveer said, “I wish I could add more Marathi to my character and a shayarana andaaz. Copyright difficulties prevented us from using the shayaris that had been put to my character at first. Since this is a Hindi show, we will not be able to increase the amount of Marathi dialogue. The vast majority of the cast are from Maharashtra. They have to tone down the accent, but I’m attempting to make it stronger.

That is so true, Karanveer!
