At this rate, it could cross the 100-crore threshold as early as this week. The film’s popularity shows no signs of waning, and it looks set for a long and lucrative run. Early positive reviews and buzz from moviegoers helped make this a box office success.
Both on the weekend and during the week, Dream Girl 2 has been a financial success. Starting with 10.69 crores on its first day, the film continued to do well at the box office, raking in 14.02 crores on day two, 16 crores on day three, 5.42 crores on day four, 5.87 crores on day five, 7.50 crores on day six, 7.50 crores on day seven, 4.70 crores on day eight, 6.36 crores on day nine, and 8.1 crores on day ten.
Ektaa R. Kapoor, who continually pushes boundaries to provide outstanding material, may now claim another landmark with the success of Dream Girl 2.
